Safespace

What we store, in plain words.

Where your words go

Right now, replies are hand-written in advance and nothing you write leaves this server.

What we keep

Your name, your email, a scrambled form of your password that can’t be turned back, and your conversation. Something you haven’t sent yet stays in your browser tab, not with us.

How it’s protected

Your conversation is encrypted in storage. The server holds the key, because it has to show your words back to you. So this isn’t end-to-end encryption, and anyone running the server could technically read them. We’d rather tell you that than promise more than we do.

What we don’t do

No ads, no trackers, no selling your words. Fonts are served from here too, so no outside company hears that you visited.

Your choice, always

You can delete anything you’ve written under Your words, and download everything or delete your account in Settings. If you’d rather not see an old entry again, choose “Don’t bring this back” when it appears.

Letters to your future self

They’re encrypted like everything else and stay closed in the app until their day comes. They’re never sent to an AI. Your download includes them, so you can always read one early that way.

When something sounds heavy

If a message suggests you may be at risk, Safespace shows you real helplines. That message is never quoted back to you. Nobody is alerted, and no one is contacted on your behalf.
